Open Road Ace · KyrosWorks LLC
Email [email protected]. A real person reads it. Include your iPhone model and iOS version, and if something went wrong during a run, roughly when it happened so the log can be matched up.
Timing looks off. Open Road Ace uses GPS, so it needs a clear view of the sky. Under heavy tree cover, in a canyon, or in a garage, position updates get sparse and splits drift. If you are using an external GPS receiver, check that it is connected before the run starts, not after.
The app did not record a run. Location permission has to be set to "While Using the App" or "Always" in iOS Settings, and Precise Location has to be on. If either is off, the run cannot be timed.
CarPlay is not showing the app. CarPlay support depends on your head unit and on the entitlement Apple grants per app. If Open Road Ace is missing from your CarPlay screen, send the head-unit make and model.
Both welcome, and both go to the same address. Concrete beats general: the run you were on, what you expected, what happened instead. Screenshots help more than descriptions.
Open Road Ace does not collect, store, transmit, or share personal information off your device. Full detail on the privacy policy page.
KyrosWorks is a small independent shop, not a support desk with a rota. Expect a reply within a couple of business days. If you have not heard back in a week, send it again, because it means the first one went astray.
